AI Tutorial

Chatgpt Feels Outdated Now.
Claude Just Introduced Persistent Memory Workspaces.
It Keeps Learning From Your Inputs.
Here Is What That Changes.šŸ‘‡

  1. Open Claude and create a Project
Go into Claude and look for Projects in the sidebar. Create a new one and name it based on the job you want it to do, like:

X content machine
Lead gen assistant
Course builder
Client delivery system
Projects are designed to hold related chats plus your uploaded context in one place.

  1. Pick one clear use case
Do not dump your whole life into one project.
Make each project do one job:

content creation
business strategy
sales copy
research
coding
This works better because each project has its own knowledge base and chat history.

  1. Upload your context files
Add the stuff Claude needs to ā€œknow you,ā€ such as:

old posts
brand voice notes
offers/services
customer FAQs
docs, PDFs, research
examples of good content
Anthropic says project knowledge can include uploaded documents, text, code, and other files, which Claude uses for context in chats inside that project.

  1. Paste your rules at the top
    Add a starter instruction like:

You are my growth assistant.
Help me write in a simple, punchy style.
Focus on AI tools, monetization, audience growth, and beginner-friendly explanations.
Keep outputs concise, practical, and social-media ready.

This part is what makes the workspace feel ā€œpersistent,ā€ because Claude keeps using the project context for future chats in that project.

  1. Start one focused chat inside the Project
Now give it a direct task, like:

ā€œTurn these notes into a 5-post X threadā€
ā€œRead these 3 PDFs and find the best business angleā€
ā€œBuild me a weekly content planā€
ā€œWrite a landing page using my toneā€

Because the chat is inside the project, Claude can use the project knowledge you already loaded.

  1. Save winning outputs back into the system
When Claude writes something good, paste the best examples back into the project files or keep them in the project as reference material.
That way, future outputs get closer to your style over time. This is a practical workflow inference based on how project knowledge and chat history work together.

  2. Create separate Projects for separate money goals
    A smart setup is:

Project 1: X/Twitter growth
Project 2: Email/newsletter writing
Project 3: Client offer creation
Project 4: Research + idea mining
Project 5: Repurposing content

That structure matters because Projects are meant to be separate workspaces, not one giant memory dump.

  1. Reuse it daily instead of restarting from zero
This is the real advantage: you don’t have to re-explain your niche, tone, offers, and goals every time. Anthropic describes Projects as a way to avoid the ā€œcold start problemā€ by grounding Claude in your documents and prior context.
